All About Pixie Diamonds

Pixie Diamonds are finally here!  😀  Here are all the details on how much they are and how many diamonds Members get:

For Members – Monthly Pixie Diamond Allowance:

Each month, Pixie Hollow Members get an allowance of Pixie Diamonds that they can spend any way they want. Use them to shop at ALL of the stores in Pixie Hollow, adopt an Animal Friend and more! And remember, purchases made with Pixie Diamonds last forever.

The Forum Fairies had these tips about Pixie Diamonds to share:

Rill Wildspirit: Be very careful how you spend them if you have more than one fairy on your account. I am glad I started with my favorite fairy on the account, because she spent almost all of what I thought was her 66 diamonds. Surprise, surprise, the last two fairies only had 2 diamonds to spend between them. So the diamonds are for the account, not each fairy.

Emerald Mistyweather: [If you are currently a Member] The amount you received last night is based on your current membership status only. Whatever you did in the past (monthly, semi, or annual) doesn’t matter. That amount is then increased based on two things: How many fairies are on the account and what talent level they have reached. Since all fairies on an account “share” the diamonds, the total will vary based on their talent levels. Every time you gain a talent level, you are rewarded with diamonds (higher levels you get 5 diamonds for achieving).

Now for the pricing on the diamonds:

They are testing out amounts to see what people will buy. The amounts are being randomly generated. If you see an amount that is much lower than a friend’s purchase price, you can call the Never Council and request to receive the higher amount of diamonds.

The moment we’ve been waiting for is finally here. . .Pixie Diamonds have arrived! Pixie Diamonds are a brand-new way to buy things in Pixie Hollow, and they don’t require Membership to use! Pixie Diamonds cost real money (prices start at $3) and must be bought with your parent’s permission.

To start out, all current players will receive a gift of 7 Pixie Diamonds (!!!). Plus, Members will also receive a monthly allowance of 12, 15, or 25 Pixie Diamonds depending on whether they have a monthly, semi-annual, or annual recurring Membership. You can use your Pixie Diamonds at any of the Hollow shops, including the brand-new Pixie Post Office in Neverfruit Grove! At the Post Office, pixies can send Postcards and Gift Sets to their Fairy friends!

And, just when you thought this day couldn’t get any more flitterific – all players can now level up through the Talent Levels! That means free players can stock up on patterns, blueprints, and recipes. If they ever decide to purchase Membership, they will gain access to all of these features.

To purchase Pixie Diamonds, log in to Pixie Hollow and click on your Account Manager (located in the upper, right-hand corner of your screen):

Once you have arrived on the Account Manager screen, click “Purchase Options” from the sidebar:

Now you can purchase all the Pixie Diamonds your heart desires…Well, as many as your parents are willing to let you buy  😉  Credit cards accepted are Disney Rewards Visa, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Discover.

If your parents aren’t happy about using a credit card online, you can purchase Membership cards on the Mainland at Target and Toys ‘R’ Us stores. You just enter the activation code on the back of card to be granted a monthly Membership – which means you would get 12 Pixie Diamonds PLUS everything being a Member entails  😀
