With Halloween just a day away, I wanted to share a scary story from the Pixie Hollow Forums called The Ghost of Pixie Hollow 👻

Those of us who played on Pixie Hollow regularly were accustomed to the occasional glitches and blackouts that would happen from time to time when the PH server was overloaded or undergoing maintenance, but sometimes unexplainable things happened to certain pixies that will forever be a mystery…
The Ghost of Pixie Hollow
About 5 years ago, a water-talent fairy named Chestnut was at Schelly’s Shears prepping for her Halloween hairdo, when a semi-transparent fairy with white hair named Honey Appleblossom appeared by the exit sign for Palm Tree Cove…
Chestnut thought she maybe knew the fairy, so she tried to click on Honey, but no matter how many times she tried, nothing happened…Honey was completely un-clickable 
Thinking it was just another Pixie Hollow server malfunction, Chestnut left PH for a while, but when she returned, Honey was still there – in the EXACT SAME SPOT without a sleeping sign above her head or even a leaf journal in her hands. It was a ghost fairy!!! 😮
Chestnut became very scared and asked her good friend Shanna to fly to her. When Shanna arrived seconds later, Chestnut asked if she could click on the ghost fairy, but Shanna couldn’t even see the ghostly figure that was right in front of them!!! 👻
Chestnut then frantically asked more friends to fly to her, but none of them could see Honey either! Honey was somehow only allowing Chestnut to see her…But why???
When Chestnut returned to Schelly’s the next day, Honey was gone and never returned…

It looks like Chestnut has the same color hair as Honey. I think that is why she showed herself only to Chestnut, because she liked Chestnut’s hair color.

Maybe it was because Chestnut was wearing ALL white, like a ghost fairy, and Honey thought that Chestnut was one of them!

Maybe because this story is…fake? I might not be right, but a ghost fairy?
Anyone could use Photoshop to blur the ‘ghost’ fairy after taking a screenshot, and the other fairy, Shanna, might as well have been another fairy of the same user or a friend.
But, as I already mentioned, my theory might be wrong, and this story might be real. If it is, well then, it’s awfully creepy.

Your theory is very possible since so many pixies are fantastic at editing, but many members of the PHF thought Chestnut’s story was credible, so I’m willing to believe her.
As I said, it might as well be true, you know. Plus, it might be so that Chestnut spoke the truth, but the ‘ghost’ fairy was actually a glitch.
I would like to believe Chestnut’s theory, though, since a little bit of mystery never hurts. 😉
Maybe Honey was frozen in time, and only one person can see people who are frozen in time.
