“I know you; I walked with you once upon a dream…”

*****************************************************************************************************

February 18, 2015, would have been the 5th anniversary of the first time I arrived in Pixie Hollow. Instead of being sad and depressed about it, I’ve decided to think about all the good things that happened back when Pixie Hollow was fresh and new to me.

Looking back, I remember that I once told my readers when I returned to Pixie Hollow in 2011 that I would save sharing my many adventures in Never Land for another time…

Now that Pixie Hollow is closed, and I am no longer sworn to secrecy since I don’t have to answer to Queen Clarion and her staff, let me fulfill that promise and tell you the tales of my adventures outside of Pixie Hollow in mysterious and spectacular Never Land  😀

NL_1

Some of my memories are a little hazy from before my return to Pixie Hollow, so I’ve asked my good friend Heron Neversong to help me try to fill in the gaps 😀  It’s been so awesome working with Heron again, and he’s given me some great insight on details I never knew – both good and bad. Instead of fairytales, we’re calling the stories Maritales  😉

Overall, I will tell stories of why I left Pixie Hollow in March of 2010, what happened while I was…umm…exploring Never Land, and how I returned to Pixie Hollow nearly a year later in February 2011.

All story links will be posted below, and I will send out an email to all readers who subscribe to my blog to let them know when a new story has been added. I hope you enjoy!  😀

    Hey Marigold I wanted to ask you is it okay if I borrow some pics of Pixie hollow from your blog? You really have a good collection, and as for me, I have nothing. I learnt to take snapshots on the last day I played [ stupid me ] and was silly enough to not take a snapshot of my fairies, but all the shops. ( So now the snapshots of my fairy which I use in my blog are all of Pixie Hollow UK and Australia. )

  2. Sapphire Rainymist says:

    Marigold, is it okay if I put a post about Pixie Hollow Russia in my blog?

    I’ll say that it’s “Courtesy of Marigold Sunjewel”. 😉

    • Marigold Sunjewel says:

      Thank you for noticing, Sarah! I’ve been trying to improve it and keep it up-to-date 🙂
      Let me also return the compliment and say your blog is also very attractive and nicely designed 😀

    • Marigold Sunjewel says:

      Heron used to blog a few years ago, then he became a guest author on my blog instead since he couldn’t keep up with his blog anymore. I keep bugging him to post on my blog again, so we’ll see if he actually does 😉

    • Marigold Sunjewel says:

      Hey Crystal! I think you look super stylish in both pics, but if I had to choose a favorite, I would say I liked the one before (when you had blue hair with the red dress) a just little more since it was more unique. It’s completely fine to change your look now and then, though 😉

  3. Raindrop says:

    OMG!! Marigold I just realised I also first entered Pixie Hollow on the 18 Feb 2010 as well!! I can’t believe it!!!! How the Hollow changed! 🙂

  4. Raindrop says:

    Marigold, are you ok?
    You haven’t been blogging for a while…
    I had a great idea! 🙂
    We should write an idea to the never council, fit in every fairies name that misses pixie hollow, and tell them that we miss pixie hollow, and to please re-open it. Not many of us pixies enjoy Club Penguin. (well I don’t.)
    Even if they open it up, little bit by little bit, its better than nothing.
    I really want to jump onto pixie hollow again.
    I’m so… empty without it.
    Over the holidays, (here in Australia,) it’s either too hot to do anything or too cold, and when the day is just right, people are out and about doing their thing. When its either hot or cold, I enjoyed visiting the hollow, and helping out with quests and new arrivals.
    If only pixie hollow reopened, just the way we left it…
    Oh well. I hope my idea works, and any pixie who wants there name in the email, please tell me. I’ll send the email on the 22nd of April.
    Happy Flapping
    P.S Marigold, do you still check some of your archive blog comments? I think that they’re pretty interesting sometimes, although you probably have enough on your shoulders with the new blogging.. 🙂

    • Marigold Sunjewel says:

      Hi Raindrop,
      Yes, I’m doing great 🙂 but I’m very busy right now, so I haven’t been posting as much as I would like…
      Many of us emailed the Never Council and signed a petition last year before the game closed that got over 5000 signatures, but Disney didn’t reopen Pixie Hollow 😦 Please feel free to contact them, though, because you should get your voice heard and explain how much the game meant to you 🙂
      I do moderate all comments, including the archived ones, so I read them before they show up on my blog 😉

  5. Raindrop says:

    Remember how I said earlier I’d pass a story through you, just to give me some ideas for it, well here it is. Can you please comment on it with ideas, thoughts etc., just so I know how to improve on it for next time 😉

    The Beginning
    A dandelion wisp floated dreamily through the February breeze. It floated across the second star to the right and disappeared through the star. The wisp travelled across deserts, oceans and green forests, till it reached an old oak tree, where flittering fairies gathered to witness the most historic moment; a new arrival. The wisp slowly revealed a beautiful fairy with long, silky black hair and the most olive brown eyes that seemingly gleamed and danced.
    I stood up to see Queen Clarion flitter towards me. Her golden dress, glistened in the sun that shone through the dark grey clouds of a rainstorm, and her wings glamorously fluttered so delicately. I looked out of the corner of my eye to see my very own silky wings.
    “Born in laughter, clothed in cheer, happiness has brought you here. Please, it is time to choose your talent.” Queen Clarion smiled at me, as she showed me many different toadstools that had little talents over them.
    I decided to go and try to touch the soft petals of the flower talent symbol. The flower, however, wilted as the tip of my finger touched it.
    Whispers of disappointment were heard through the crowd of garden talent fairies. I gulped as I tried to touch the light talent symbol. It’s bright light, slowly faded away. Murmurs were heard through the crowd of light talent fairies. I then saw the water talent symbol was gleaming at me. I decided to pick up the small drop of water. I thought it would fall or just disappear, but it turned into pixie dust, which sprinkled over me, and coloured my wings blue! All the water fairies cheered and a few gave some whistles.
    “We have a water talent fairy!” Queen Clarion declared, “Silvermist will be your mentor.”
    A fairy with long black hair flittered to my side, “Hi, I’m Silvermist, your mentor. I’ll help you along your journey through pixie hollow!”
    “Thanks,” I smiled, thankfully. Imagine me of all fairies to try and find my way around!
    “Take this,” Queen Clarion said, handing me a leaf journal, “You’ll need this for your memories of Pixie Hollow. Unfortunately, it seems as though it’s going to rain today so Silvermist can show you around tomorrow.”
    I politely thanked her for the gift. Silvermist quickly flew over to Queen Clarion and whispered to her. Queen Clarion nodded a few times and she then fluttered over to me,
    “Silvermist remembered you need a name. So, after much consideration, we thought you might like this name. We decided on, Raindrop. It’s your choice.”
    “I love it!” I smiled. Raindrop sounded so… rainy and watery.
    Silvermist grabbed my hand and we quickly flew to someone’s home, which I presumed was Silvermist’s. Luckily we made it in time just before it started raining bucket loads.
    “It’s really cold out, so you might want to warm up a bit. I’ll find something warmer for you to wear, instead of that dandelion fluff.”
    I looked down at my snow white, dandelion dress. I took the offer for warmer clothing although I admired the white dress.
    She picked out a nice, warm, blue, leafy top, a nice, warm, blue, leafy skirt and a nice, warm, blue pair of boots. I walked over to the bathroom and quickly put on the clothes. They felt so warm.
    As I walked out of the bathroom, I could smell something delicious! I sat at the table and opened up my leaf journal. It’s leafy pages were a bit damp, so I sat it up near the fire, where it could dry off.
    Silvermist brought over some delicious cupcakes and a nice warm hot chocolate.
    Silvermist and I talked about the Hollow, till the end of the rainstorm…

    Thanks for reading.
    Hopefully, if my parents allow me, I’ll open up my own blog! 🙂

        Hi Marigold, I have just got a question that I really want to know the answer to.
        What made you think of making this incredible blog that you made?
        Hope you can reply!!

        • Marigold Sunjewel says:

          Hi Daisy!
          I would be happy to answer your question 🙂
          I started my blog in hopes of finding and helping other Community Fairies, like me, who felt left out for not being a Member in Pixie Hollow. My blog then morphed into helping ALL fairies with news, hints, secret codes, and other fun topics.
          How did you find my blog, Daisy? I’m always curious to know what brought readers to my blog and what topics they enjoy reading about the most…
          ♥Marigold

          • Daisy says:

            Hi Marigold,
            Thanks for replying to my question!
            The way that I found out about your blog was that I wrote in on Google : Pixie Hollow Secret Codes and then your website came up. So I clicked on it and I saw all these messages so I signed up to wordpress and ended up enjoying your website!

            • Daisy says:

              the topic that I enjoy most is….
              Mix and Match, find fairy friends and remembering pixie hollow!
              Thanks again for replying,
              Daisy!!!

    • Daisy says:

      Hi raindrop, (old pixie pal!!)
      Your story was very interesting! I know why you chose all of those warm and woolly clothes to be blue because you LOVE the colour blue
      Bye for now!!

      • Raindrop says:

        Thanks Carrie,
        I think I may have known you when the Hollow was still going. 🙂
        Well there is another friend found. 😉

  6. Raindrop says:

    Hey Marigold!
    Has the next part of your Maritales been released yet?
    I check the blog everyday hoping to see the next part!
    Hope it comes soon!!
    And thanks 🙂
    Was there any thoughts, ideas or corrections you saw?

  7. Raindrop says:

    I sent the following email to PH

    Dearest and beloved Never Council,
    I am typing this email concerning the closing of Pixie Hollow;
    Pixie Hollow was the BEST online game a girl could ever wish for. To close Pixie Hollow was the WORST thing a girl could ever have a nightmare of.
    We fairies couldn’t give our farewells to Pixie Hollow because we were speechless that such a popular website would suddenly close down. Tears trickled down the faces of many, and sad expressions were saw throughout Pixie Hollow on it’s last day. I heard some people ran petitions, to bring back the pixie-beat that Pixie Hollow reflected. With over 5000 signatures, the petition was declined, sadly. I ask of you to bring back Pixie Hollow! Pixie Hollow has to come back to bring back all those faces that sincerely loved and adored Pixie Hollow! I know you will just reply to try Club Penguin, but Club Penguin isn’t the same as Pixie Hollow. If it’s money, ask for donations. I’m sure Pixies and Sparrow Men would be happy to lend a helping wing to save Pixie Hollow. The new movie Frozen could also raise a bit of many, also Tinkerbell and the Pirate Fairy is great and should raise a lot of money!!
    All the Pixies of Pixie Hollow plead for you to bring back the Hollow. The Hollow has a place in our heart like nothing else.
    Please re-open Pixie Hollow!
    And if not, the pixies of pixie hollow will always have the words faith, trust and pixie dust in their hearts.
    From Raindrop, a pixie determined to bring back Pixie Hollow!

    I really hope they re-open it! 🙂

  8. Sarah Diamondswirls says:

    I must make it clear that the earnings of Frozen have nothing to do with Pixie Hollow re-opening. Disney is divided into different compartments, and the money of Frozen will only go to the Frozen team, with a small amount going to the head of Disney. Each cast and crew member would get a share, with the cast members (like Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Josh Gad etc. who voiced the characters), the directors, script-writers and a few other head members getting a large amount (which they deserve, of course) Money would be spent on Frozen merchandise and probably on the next film made by the team.

    • Raindrop says:

      Oh, ok then thanks Sarah for correcting me.
      .But what about The Pirate Fairy?
      anyway, I just got a post master email saying it couldn’t be delivered. Its either my laptop or they’ve closed their emails..
      Can someone try to resend it for me? And where it say, ‘From Raindrop….’ Also put
      your name. I hope some kind pixie does resend it. And if so, take out the Frozen part…
      Thanks!

  9. Raindrop says:

    Hi Marigold!
    Just suggesting something, maybe you could do a post about all the meadows of the hollow! Half of them I cant even remember!
    Just suggesting!
    Fly with u soon
    Raindrop

  10. carrie tuliptwist says:

    wow raindrop i knew i raindrop and i think i knew a marigold sunjewel as well 🙂 😀 is your next story going to go up soon it sounded so good the first one maybe the second one is out and i am just having trouble with the link 🙂 😀 love your blog

  11. carrie tuliptwist says:

    gosh its still so so so sad that pixie hollows gone it was the best game ever nothing can ever even compare to how awesome it was it surprises me that they closed it down it was surely the best thing they ever did i need the hollow back or i might die ( you know not really but yeah) we cant give up :,)

  12. Rose MorningMist says:

    I’m Writing a book too, but if I place it up on my blog, a. no one sees my blog, because the site can only be accessed by a direct link and b. I wouldn’t be able to blog anymore than the prologue and maybe the first chapter, because I’m putting personal information in it 😦

  13. Raindrop says:

    Hey pixies, I haven’t been commenting for a while, school is pretty full on over here in Perth!! Any way, does anyone know if the Disney Fairy Boutique is on the Google Play Store or is it just on the App Store?
    Thanks!

  14. Raindrop says:

    Is a new Tinkerbell movie coming out? I’ve seen the trailer of Legend of the Neverland Beast, is it really going to be coming out soon?
    Thanks Pixie Pals

  15. Raindrop says:

    Oh and Marigold,
    I was just wondering if you could open up like a topic about the Pixie Hollow games. I don’t know much about the games and I would really like to know more and if there are any good websites to watch it.
    Thanks 🙂

  16. Raindrop says:

    And one more idea, ( 🙂 ) Could you maybe open up a post about all the meadows of Pixie Hollow… Just to remember them… Just an idea, you don’t have to do it…

  17. Raindrop says:

    Ok, I sound kind of cheeky trying to bug Disney for not keeping the hollow or even relaunching it, but why not we contact them Via Club Penguin. They may get sick and tired of receiving emails through Club Penguin and re-open it… Worth a shot, so I am going to send an email through now, I’ll post u pixies what I’ll say to ’em.
    See ya round the waterfall,
    Raindrop

  18. Raindrop says:

    I know I shouldn’t email Disney Interactive via Club Penguin, but that may be the only way to convince you on a long argued topic. You may have guessed, Pixie Hollow.
    I don’t understand why it closed. Club Penguin isn’t as fun as Pixie Hollow for most people who lost that awesome online game. If it is a money crisis, many Pixies would sell their soul and life to keep it up and running, including me. There is a blog I read, and the one topic that hasn’t died down is ‘The Closing of Pixie Hollow’. I know you have created an app, but I can’t get it on Android, (For Samsung Galaxy S2) So I am really upset.
    Maybe if you re-open it, pixies will stop contacting and bugging you to re-open it. We Pixies are strong, with a wide used phrase, “Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust!”
    So please, we beg of you to re-open the Hollow, and perhaps you might make more money. If this email is read, I can bet you there will not be an answer concerning what I have written about, maybe just an email saying “Try Club Penguin!” or “We’re sorry but…” So, on behalf of all the fairies out there, I beg of you to re-open the hollow.
    Yours Truly,
    Raindrop
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    I know I kind of over did it, but perhaps it is the only way, :/
  19. Raindrop says:
    If you want to be annoying like me ( 🙂 ) Then bug them and please tell me your response, I want to see if Disney really does use the same answer and if it really does perhaps change their minds!!
    ♥ Raindrop
  20. Raindrop says:
    Okey Dokey Marigold!
    And just in referral to my other questions above, could you create a post about all the great meadows of Pixie Hollow?
    Thanks !
    ♥ Raindrop
    ~ P.S Marigold, I tried to create an account on the Pixie Hollow Forums but it doesn’t work… Could you maybe tell me how you did it? Thanks ♥ ~
  21. Raindrop says:
    Marigold, can you please send me the form? I’m not sure if you received my email in reply to yours. Please answer/reply, no hurry for the form just a reply :-p
    ♥ Raindrop ♥
  22. Crystal Cutetwinkle says:
    Marigold, how do you get links to different pages that aren’t private but aren’t on the menu bar?
    • Marigold Sunjewel says:
      Hi Crystal,
      I create them as pages, then under “Page Attributes” (on the right-hand side of the screen where the publish button is) I put them as a subcategory under a “Parent” page. That’s how I get the special link. Hope that makes sense 🙂
